Basement Remodel with Kitchen and Bath
This 800 square foot renovation in upper northwest Washington DC close to Washington National Cathedral involved a true make over much to the delight of the customer. We at Pro Home Service & Repair moved heating pipes insulated all exterior walls, framed the space to divide it into a basement apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. We did all rough in wiring and finished electrical installing all recessed lights, switches and plugs. The kitchen had an electric stove and refrigerator and a garbage disposal for the sink. The bathroom was a shower, toilet and sink. We did the tile for both the shower stall, bathroom floor as well as the kitchen floor. We also did the finished painting. We installed all new energy efficient windows and a new door.
